I was a first time customer at this business. And it was not a large job. But I was met with the most kindness and professionalism then I have experienced in quite some time. The owner, Cyd, delivered on every promise.
The owner was very informative and helpful! I had gotten a swimsuit cover up monogrammed for a friends bridal shower and it turned out adorable! It took 4-5 days and was very reasonably priced. Would definitely use USA Embroidery again!
Awesome customer service . I recommend this place to anyone who needs shirts , hats and hoodies done for sporting teams.
